§ 97.29. ADVERTISING AND SALES RESTRICTED.

  • (A) It shall be unlawful for any person to paint, post or otherwise affix any bill, notice or advertising sign on any structure, tree or thing within any park, playground, golf course or other property under the control of the Board of Parks and Recreation, without having obtained permission therefor from the Board of Parks and Recreation.

    (B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or barter any goods, wares or merchandise of any kind whatever within any public park, playground or other park property, without having first obtained consent or a concession therefor from the Board of Parks and Recreation.
