The Board of Parks and Recreation, Park Superintendent, recreation supervisors, Golf Course Manager, park police, police of the city and of the state, all health authorities and other employees of the Board of Parks and Recreation holding special police powers are authorized and empowered to enforce any and all of the provisions of this chapter and laws of the state and city in all places under the control of the Board of Parks and Recreation and the Board of Public Works and Safety.
