§ 98.09. UNDERTAKERS.

  • (A) Undertakers are requested to make complete arrangements with the Supervisor so no confusion will result in burials at the same hour.
    (B) All undertakers are urgently requested by the management to so arrange funerals as to give the cemetery employees ample time to prepare and close the grave during the regular working hours of the employees. An extra charge will be made when employees are held overtime to complete the services. The regular working hours of the employees are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    (C) All funeral processions while within the grounds will be subject to the control of the Supervisor and his or her assistants. Every possible effort will be made by the Supervisor and cemetery employees to prevent any inconvenience to funeral processions while within the cemetery. It is often necessary to prohibit parking on certain driveways, and every person shall obey the signs or signals at the intersections.
    (D) Any person observed parking on the lawn will be subject to arrest for malicious trespass.
    (E) Driving a car backwards, or making a complete turn on any drive or avenue in the cemetery is prohibited.
    (F) The sale of refreshments, merchandise and flowers on cemetery property is prohibited.
