§ 53.027. SCHEDULE FOR METER RATES FOR CONSUMERS.

(A) Each user shall pay a minimum charge in accordance with the following applicable size of meter installed for which the user will be entitled to the quantity of water set out in the below schedule of rates.

(B) The net rate shall be charged if bills are paid by the fifteenth day of the month, following the month in which service is rendered, otherwise the gross rates shall be charged.
(C) If a person, firm, company or corporation is using water from more than 1 meter, each meter shall be figured separately and not less than the minimum rate shall be charged for each meter.
