§ 53.065. FIXTURES FOR PUBLIC USE.

Attachments of whatever kind made to the water pipes or other fixtures belonging to the Waterworks, and intended for public use, shall be subject to the same supervision, rules and regulations as are made for the protection of the Waterworks against abuse, destruction and unnecessary use or waste of water.
