§ 70.15. MANDATORY PROCEDURES GOVERNING SPEED CONTROL MODIFICATIONS.

The following procedure must be strictly followed before a speed bump or other traffic or speed control modifications of the surface or grade of any public street or alley way can be constructed or made by any elected or appointed officials of the City of Brazil, and any employee or agent of the City of Brazil or by any contractor or citizen of the City of Brazil.
