§ 70.20. ROLE OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.

Following 6 months after the placement, removal or modification of the street or alleyway as approved by the Board, the Board shall advertise for and hold a public hearing which shall be open to the public to review its initial determination and to receive public input regarding that determination. Following that hearing, the Board may reverse, modify or affirm its initial determination if it determines that the public welfare and safety are adversely affected thereby.
