§ 113.01. FEES FOR CIRCUSES, PARADES AND WILD WEST SHOWS.

  • (A) For each show commonly known as a circus or as a wild west show, or any show of similar character, the license fee shall be $60 for each day.
    (B) For each parade of a show in the city, the license fee shall be $60.
    (C) However, where a show is showing within the city limits and has procured a license from the city to show, no license fee shall be charged by the city for a parade of the show.
    (D) For each show accompanying any show and known as a side show, the license fee shall be $5.

    (E) It shall be unlawful for any circus or side show to exhibit in the city any indecent or immoral performance. Exhibitions shall be conducted in an orderly manner and no gambling or any immoral practices shall be allowed on the grounds occupied or controlled by any show management. In making any parade of a circus on the streets of the city, the parade shall be conducted in an orderly and decorous manner and in a manner so as to cause no injury directly or indirectly to any person or property.
