§ 156.116. CONSIDERATION OF PUBLIC AGENCIES.

After adoption of the official thoroughfare plan and this subchapter, the Common Council shall be guided by and give consideration to the general policy and pattern of development set out in the official thoroughfare plan in the authorization, construction, alteration or abandonment of public highways and structures.
