§ 73.11. OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC AND OPEN EXHAUST OR CUT-OUTS PROHIBITED.

  • (A) All vehicles traveling or being driven at a slow rate of speed shall keep as near as possible to the proper side of the street so that other vehicles driven at a higher rate of speed may pass the same on the left-hand side without inconvenience and so as to obstruct as little of the side of the street as is reasonably possible, and facilitates public travel.
    (B) The driving of a motor vehicle with the exhaust or cut-out open and unmuffled is strictly forbidden.
