§ 153.30. WRITTEN CONSENT FOR ERECTION.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to hereafter erect, or maintain any pole or post in any street, alley, sidewalk or public place within the city, without first having obtained the consent of the Street and Alley Committee of the Common Council in writing, signed by the Chairperson of the Committee.
