§ 153.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
    (B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 153.02 or 153.03 shall be fined not more than $25.

    (C) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 153.06 and 153.07, and §§ 153.09 through 153.13(A) shall be fined not more than $50.

    (D) Any person violating the provisions by making a cut or excavation in a public street without first obtaining a permit shall be guilty of an order violation and subject to a penalty consisting of a fine in the amount of $2,500 for each violation.

    (E) For violations of this subchapter, a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
