§ 153.02. STREET AND ALLEY OBSTRUCTION; EXCEPTIONS.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to put, throw, dump or leave any tin cans, old iron, old barrels, brush, boxes, tools, implements, brick, stone, wood, logs, old vehicle, glass, glassware, dead animals, fowl or debris of any kind whatsoever in, on or within the limits of any street or alley within the corporate limits of the city or on any vacant lot within the city without the consent of the owner. Nothing herein contained shall be taken to repeal § 153.14, which allows streets, alleys and sidewalks to be temporarily obstructed during certain construction on obtaining a permit from the city.
