§ 153.19. UNNECESSARY STOPPAGE OR DELAY; REPAIR OF DAMAGED STREET OR

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to make any unnecessary stoppage or delay on any street or alley in the removal of any building.

(B) If any person shall damage any street or alley over and along which he or she shall remove any building he or she shall repair the same within 24 hours after the occurrence of injury to the satisfaction of the city civil engineer.
