§ 73.04. HANGING ON OR ATTACHING TO VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person traveling on any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle to cling to, or attach himself or herself or his or her vehicle to any other moving vehicle on any highway in the city.
